Air dry clay is a versatile, beginner-friendly material that can be shaped by hand or pressed into molds to create detailed designs with minimal tools. 

On day 1, you’ll learn how to properly condition the clay, press it into silicone molds for clean impressions, and release pieces without distortion. We’ll also cover simple hand-building techniques, smoothing methods, and how to join pieces for more custom designs.  Beyond molds, you’ll explore ways to roll, cut, and shape clay into functional or decorative pieces.

On day 2, after your piece is dry, you can paint your piece and will learn how to finish, and seal your work.  The focus is on building confidence with the material so you can create clean, consistent results while still leaving room for creativity and experimentation.
