Makers Making Space
$5
Sun Moon Studio is exploring new ways to support local artists and makers, and the best ideas should come from the people who will actually use them. Join us for an informal, guided conversation about what is missing from the local creative community. We want to hear what would make it easier for you to create consistently, experiment with unfamiliar materials, develop your skills, connect with other makers, and receive useful feedback on your work.
We’ll discuss possibilities such as:
- Open studio and independent work time
- Experimental art and material labs
- Artist critiques and feedback sessions
- Skill-sharing and collaborative projects
- Demonstrations and material comparisons
- Memberships, studio access, and creative resources
This is not a sales presentation or a traditional workshop. It is an opportunity to contribute your perspective while Sun Moon Studio develops its next phase of programs for working artists, dedicated hobbyists, and curious makers.
You do not need to be a professional artist. You should simply be someone who creates regularly and has thoughts about what would help you keep creating.
Registration is required so we can plan seating, refreshments and make sure everyone has time to contribute.
